To help you make the most of your experience, here’s what to expect: Tasting ExperienceUpon arrival, you’ll receive a tasting card listing each featured dish and its paired beverage. Throughout the evening, you’ll visit our self-service tasting stations at your own pace to enjoy each course. Each restaurant has created a tasting portion designed to showcase their cuisine. These are tasting-size servings—paired with a thoughtfully selected wine or cocktail. (Mocktails are provided to those with non-alcoholic tasting tickets.)

DrinksEach tasting includes a tasting-size pour of a specially paired wine by the Los Ranchos Winery or handcrafted cocktail from Still Spirits Distilling. Wander through the tasting stations at your own pace, enjoy the beautiful atmosphere, browse our silent auction, enjoy our photo booth, make your own lavender sachet, sip your favorite beverages, and spend time with friends while supporting the Rio Grande Community Farm.
