IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL VENDORS & THEIR STAFF
Important parking rules below. Remember – All vendor vehicles must remain in the vendor parking lot during the event.
EVENT DATE AND HOURS
Saturday, July 26th: 8AM – 3PM
DO NOT BE LATE TO THE FESTIVAL!
- All vendor vehicles must be in the vendor lot by 7:00am on the day of the event.
- No one will be allowed to drive into the vendor lot on Saturday morning after 7am. No exceptions.
- At 7:05am all arriving vendors and their staff will be directed to the attendee parking lot and must walk to the field from there.
LOAD-IN HOURS
- Friday, July 25th: 11AM – 5PM. There will be overnight security)
- Saturday, July 26th: 5:30AM – 7:00AM
- NOTE: Vendors will not be allowed to use the vendor gate after 7:00am on Saturday. Vendors and their staff arriving after 7:00am must use the attendee lot.
- The Event Starts at 8AM
LOAD-OUT
- Everything must be removed on Saturday after the festival. No exceptions.
- All trash must be placed IN the trash bins on the field.
- Vendors who leave trash on the ground or in their area will be fined $250.
RUNNING LATE? LOST?
- During load-in or the event, if something comes up that will prevent you from opening your booth on-time, you must call Lorianna at: (505) 301-2418.

- When VENDORS arriving and loading-in:
- Be sure to have a parking permit (see below) on your dashboard with name and phone number.
PARKING PERMITS
- Every vehicle pulling into the festival grounds must have a parking permit on the dashboard.
- Staff parking in the attendee lot do not need them.
- Please print a permit and bring it with you.
- Vehicles without permit may be towed.

PARKING
- The vendor parking permit form must be filled out and placed in every vehicle parked onsite.
- Vehicles without a permit may be towed.
- No vehicles may drive into the event site after 7:00AM.
- You may not remove your vehicle from inside the gates until after the event has ended.
- If you plan on having to leave during the day, please use the attendee parking lot.
- Staff arriving after 7AM? Direct them to use Attendee Parking and identify themselves as a vendor staff member at the entrance tent.
FOR ALL VENDORS
- When you arrive, your side walls may be up.
- You are responsible for taking down and putting up your own side walls.
- We suggest bringing a step stool.
- Please bring what you need to carry or transport your supplies to your booth space.
OUTDOOR VENDORS RECEIVE
- 10×10 professional tent with sidewalls
- 1 uncovered 8ft table (bring your own table cloth)
- 1 chair
INDOOR VENDORS RECEIVE
- 10×10 professional pipe and draped booth
- 1 uncovered 8ft table (bring your own table cloth)
- 1 chair
BRING YOUR OWN
- Trash can for your booth
- Banners and signage – and the means to hang them. (bungee cords).
- Table cloths
VENDOR BADGES
- Vendor badges will NOT be distributed at this event.
- Staff arriving throughout the day? Direct them to use Attendee Parking and identify themselves as a vendor staff member at the entrance tent.
SECURITY
- There is overnight security on Friday night.
- Everything must be removed on Saturday after the festival.
ICE
- There will be an ice vendor located near the music stage throughout the event.
- Approximate price: $2.00 per 8lb bag.
- They will be onsite at 7:00AM.
ALCOHOL VENDORS
- Sales start at 8:00AM and last call is 2:30PM.
- The event officially ends at 3:00PM.
- Packaged to-go sales may occur up until 3:00PM.
- BRING Plastic Cups.
- You are responsible for checking IDs.
- You are responsible for wrist-banding all those buying alcohol at your booth.
- Mandatory Alcohol Paperwork: DO NOT FORGET THE REQUIRED ALCOHOL POSTERS FOR YOUR BOOTH.
FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS
- DO NOT FORGET your hand-washing station as required by the City of ABQ.

WIFI ACCESS
There is limited Wifi available.
ATMs
We will have ATMs set up inside and outside the event.
TRASH
- DO NOT LEAVE ANY TRASH BEHIND.
- Failure to remove ALL of your trash will prevent you from taking part in future events.
- During the event, if your in-booth trash fills up, you may empty it into one of the large trash bins located throughout the event.
ELECTRICITY
- Electricity is NOT available.
